Yes, juices are all the craze, especially green ones, and I’m not ashamed to say it but I quite enjoy them, too. This one is pretty tasty though, and a good pick-me-up mid afternoon.
Juice of half a lime
Chunk of ginger, peel off the skin
Whole apple – chop it up removing the core
Whole pear – chop it up removing the core
Spinach (I buy a bag of frozen spinach and just add a block)
Sometimes when I follow recipes, if I don’t have an ingredient I think it’ll be fine without and just omit it. For this juice, do not skimp on the lime and mint – crucial for it to taste good. Santé!
